CNC deburring device
Dengler TubeTec has developed a deburring device on behalf of the customer that can accommodate various deburring tools using standardized tool holders such as ISO 30, ABS 50, HSK 50, and Weldon. This allows customers to use deburring tools tailored to their product for processing round materials.
The application of this machine is deburring or chamfering round bars and tube ends that require a specific deburring pre-processing for further processing. The machine has a simple design with manual loading and unloading, making it quickly adaptable to different diameters and suitable for small batch sizes.
